You do indeed have the right to do most anything you are allowed to get away with. I am just voicing an opinion of your statements that most likely others would agree with.

Your statements do not reflect the comments of an investor who is upset about a decision of the management. Your statements scream to all who read them "I am looking for any reasons to find fault and bash no matter how weak or irrelevant they may be!"

To an objective reader it appears that Cash McMogulson, Janice Shell and Avocado Man are on a JMCP bash team of irrelevant unrelated statements with little to nothing to back up their accusations. It appears the limited encouragement you give to each other is what helps to keep you all going.

And the fact that JMCP moved over a billion shares yesterday has brought you out in force.

Understood. Your hopes for a solid business plan and execution are appropriate.

But I think such a repetetive, vocal, and agressively critical approach to a company trying for a fresh start is overdone. You seem to have an instantaneous, negative reaction to every pr, and every move they make.

I think we should sit back a bit, and let events unfold for a while. I can easily see this stock trading at or above .0003 near term, and that would give everyone the option to sell for a profit, or choose to stay.
