Well, I will admit I don't like the nature of the PRs. The exclamations, "grand slams", etc sounds/looks very unprofessional. I've seen this all before in pinkie land, and every time someone has worded PRs like this (in my experience) the shareholders get screwed.
I am not giving them much credibility b/c:
1) They aren't being open about the share structure
2) They aren't talking about how they got their financing
3) They hired a well-known pumper to run the IR
4) Suddenly they are selling assets (wales) they don't even have
5) Frank has been slapped on the wrist before
All very suspect.
