Dilution is not a factor. Call the TA as they will give you the current numbers. For those that do call you will see our OS has went up 200k recently but those are restricted shares that were issued for our most recent acquisition. Peter is focused on the uplisting and the retirement of the additional 15 mil shares when we move to the BB.
It is important that we all look at what we have here and support our sp. RXPC is negotiating acquisitions and the sp does affect these deals. We all want cheapies but it may be shooting ourselves in the foot to try for shares too low. These deals are crucial to us moving forward. I am trying to free up more funds this week and will be bidding at 04. I believe in what Peter is trying to accomplish and where we are heading and will try to do all I can to help us succeed.
