I was responding to what I assumed was another interpretation to the PR. I supported my opinion by using the language in the PR. Would you not agree it is important to understand the meaning of the PR? Scanning a periodical for headlines and skipping the actual article because it doesn't interest you is "no harm--no foul" during a leisurely Sunday breakfast on the veranda. I don't think, with real money at stake, one should take such a cavalier approach.
