Once again jimmenkee, you take select words from press releases, like "appears" and try to spin the constant negative gloom and doom conspiracy theory. In other words, it depends on what the meaning of "is" is. There are lawyers who get paid that don't spend as much time rehashing a case over and over again, and writing volumes of opinion parsing, each word of press releases and SEC filings, day after day . Curious behavior for someone who doesn't own any BHUB stock. Usually such vendettas are staged by a disgruntled employee who is out for revenge at any cost.
