Well, BIGN owned 27.5% with TYCH Corp owning 72.5%.... Howze that for it having been a sussidiary of Tyche? I recall BIGN always called Tyche its JV partner and not a subsudiary, That would mean TYEG could have it be its subsidiary all along while BIGN had it as a JV partner.
