Well, BIGN owned 27.5% with TYCH Corp owning 72.5%.... Howze that for it having been a sussidiary of Tyche? I recall BIGN always called Tyche its JV partner and not a subsudiary, That would mean TYEG could have it be its subsidiary all along while BIGN had it as a JV partner.

Man, one thing about these guys.... you gotta read tvery itty bitty jot & tittle of what they say with a magnofying glas and then translate it with extreme care.... parsing their exact words is an art form!!
