here we are 6 months after the initial dividend announcement yet no one has seen their divi shares.

Like I said before, the divi could take months to get to NASD to set an ex-date if they aren't on top of it.

In anycase, the divi is small enough to be meaningless to mention, considering an apparent buyout. Shareholders get it, they don't get it, who cares as long as they get 0.55/share

The classic thing there was the way they were trying to fool everyone into believing the divi would be cash, and here we are almost 6 months later and they still can't even seem to come up with a lame share divi.
