here we are 6 months after the initial dividend announcement yet no one has seen their divi shares.

Like I said before, the divi could take months to get to NASD to set an ex-date if they aren't on top of it.

In anycase, the divi is small enough to be meaningless to mention, considering an apparent buyout. Shareholders get it, they don't get it, who cares as long as they get 0.55/share
