Hares being split here SPIN, but please show me where the SEC approves the sale of authorized shares. The SEC approves the content and form of the S-3, but the S-3 is nothing more than a registration statement.

I would expect a slight delay due to changes in Item 11 of the S-3 (Material Changes) to incorporate the recent investigation, but I expect the registration will occur in advance of the SEC closing the Wave investigation file.
