PLKC 10QSB 5/21/07. Effective 5/18/07, no merger closing:

"On March 29, 2007, the Company entered into a Binding Letter of Intent with Pluginz, LLC with respect to a proposed acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Pluginz, Inc. and Plugin Stores, Inc., which together comprise the Pluginz business (collectively “Pluginz”). Pursuant to the Letter of Intent, the closing date was to be within 30 days from the date of the Letter of Intent, unless mutually extended in writing, at which time the Company intends to enter into a definitive agreement with Pluginz. As of May 18, 2007, the transaction has not yet closed".
