ru, where'd you see the "filed to issue more shares" part? Are you talking about the form 144s?

Unsure I believe that the Pennzoil thing is new. I still think they are sponsored by Proctor and Gamble yet as per The OLD SPICE on the hood. I am actually rest assured now that I was wrong and this show will do good as will the stock. If there are any new investors come this next week due to the show itself this will probably raise the pps a couple pennies.

Your right, Planning is important. But lets just say, Pennzoil didn't sign up till one, two, three or even four weeks ago. There is still a good chance that 'permission' to use their name in a press release is still sitting in legal department limbo.
I am currently dealing with one of the largest event companies in the world, and no less than 15 people have to 'sign off' on every email or note I send.

Additionally a major sponsor would not 'come on board' till the program was in production, with an air date, As we all know was just three weeks ago,

That being the case, Pennzoil would have only been on-board for a few weeks, not enough time to get 'permission' for a press release out of 'legal'
