What you guys are saying may be true, but do you wait till the last minute to start getting permissions. Don't you plan ahead? I have to in my business, sometimes as far as a year to be sure all my ducks are in a row. I bet you guys are planners too. Sorry I think the company has either just come up with the notable sponsor, they don't have the cash to promote yet or worse they don't have what it takes to run a profitable business plan for anyone other than themselves that's why they filed to issue more shares.
