Vern that question can be asked about all tests specified, along with all joint ventures, MOI, LOI announced by the old regieme. This group was unbelievably poor at telling the shareholder where the company was at, at any time. I don't know if they didn't know or were afraid to be honest about the circumstances. However one might look at it, it was in excusable. So far the new management has provided enough information one can reasonably surmise where we are at. The fact that we have received no information about the strat must mean there is no progress to report. We can speculate about the reason with at least one known.
