the numbers which you are quoting are from a 2002 filing at which time Delmar Kintner was CEO. As far as ip Partners goes, I haven't gotten that far and haven't dug into that. As I said, I still have DD to do and plan to dig into it.
The 1 for 60 R/S was in 2003 and I don't see where one has occured since then. There are currently 350,449,710 outstanding Shares and that was as of 5/7/2007. I also see there hasn't been a name change since 2001.
While there are some things to look at and dig into and questions to be answered, overall MRKL does not appear to be anywhere near as bad as most pinkies are. Most I look at never even make it to the asking questions stage they are simply ruled out and I move on. Thanks for the heads up and I will continue my digging.
