Thankfully i was able to get in touch with the firm again later this evening and the executive was able to personally give me a little more info on the reverse merger. From what he was able to state, the terms were entirely agreed upon today and the agreement has been signed from their end. That is what signaled the symbol change forms which they had submitted essentially confirming the merger as taking place.

The wireless company is a large cap company and has a new wireless technology which has been integrated into corporate networks. They were also able to confirm that this new Wireless company have signed multi-year licenses with Research in Motion as well as Palm!

That is all he was presently aware of in regards to the new company but he said that the entire transfer is much ahead of schedule and the documents should be signed today by the new company and faxed over to them by later on tonight. He was out of the office and will confirm that they have been received by emailing me tomorrow.

That is as far as he was able to go with what he could state to me. As far as the PPS, he said that is irrelevant to him and the firm because the documents have already been signed and when the new company buys the majority of outstanding shares of which some will take place on the open market, the value of the company will be visible in the solid foundation of its goals, achievements, and progress, not to mention the large contracts with major companies! Those were his exact words.

Looking forward to his email tomorrow! Should be a good week of trading leading up to this insightful Press Release and the name of the company.

Lastly, i found one thing extremely interesting. He ended the conversation by stating, we are all already publicly very well aware of the Wireless company's name and foundation as well as their achievements, so the name should speak for itself once it is announced!
