Rest assured,localoil...Spunkwanker could care less about the cold,hard facts concerning the oil business.All this little worm concerns himself with is "BASHING" any and all posters who tell the facts truthfully.He calls anyone like you a basher and states that he doesnt trust you,and,so on and so forth,simply because he is an insecure little twit.And,dont forget...youre not a part of his little "family".If anyone is doing any harm to this stock through posting on this board,it is the little Spunkwanker.Just keep posting your facts here,localoil,all the rest want to hear everything you have to say.Spunkwanker can save his fifty-cent words for his frat party.

"You are welcome to take ME to task.

I have tried to consistently identify facts, opinions, regulatory statute, common and prevailing practice in the field, etc.

So, if I have stated anything as a fact which you feel to be incorrect then please post it and I will either:

1) Back it up
2) Correct the statement if unclear, or
3) Retract the statement with an explanation and apology."

REPLY: You sound like a broken record and you never address the real issues.

Honestly, for the fact that you appear to be an intelligent fellow, you really are missing the boat on a few things so let me take you to task on these...AGAIN

1. While from a personal and moral perspective, I can see that you might want to help keep things clean and tidy down at the wells (and that is an assumption I am going to give you at face value for the sake of this point)- Why don't you explain to me what that fark that has to do with my investment?

I bought this stock to make money, not change the LA oil culture or clean up Pine Island. If every baby duck down there gets slicked with oil and every baby born has birth defects from the pollution, I would be horrified. But that is totally beside the point of owning this stock. That is a totally different ballgame with different rules.

2. Assuming that I wanted to tie the monetary issues of my investment with your self proclaimed morality and self interest in working in a fair and balanced environment, guess what;

IT'S TOO LATE.

I already bet on this horse as did everyone else here who is a stock holder. How is that so hard for you to understand?

This is not your game. It's my game with my ball and the other shareholders are the players here. If you want to play, then buy in.

For example:

If you really are such an industry expert and a sub contractor as you claim to be, then it might be good for Lanza to hire you as a field manager to get things in order.

I'm sure that many on this board would support such a move presuming that we found out just who you were and what your experience was.

I for one would welcome some expertise in this company.

But you just want to stroke yourself here. I have asked this of you more than once before:

What is your agenda?

If you can't or won't answer that question publicly or privately, then I have to assume you are not to be trusted.

And, again, we are talking about stock and money. Those things involve;

-Perception of the value of the company. PERCEPTION, which has very little to do with the facts of the matter. Knowing how a "gun barrel" works is fascinating but it doesn't really help here. I don't like it. You don't like it. But there it is.

-Momentum of the price per share

-Entry and exit points

-Outstanding shares

-Financial audits

-Super preferred voting shares

-BOD members effectively representing the shareholders

Broken case leaks and Pine Island pollution and old technology did not make the list. Did you notice that?

A reasonable person would think they should be on the list. But the stock market and the investors are not reasonable. And that is what creates the volatility.

So, thanks for whatever facts you have given that anyone here thinks has made them feel more comfortable or miserable while the stock price has gone down. They are irrelevant except to help people decide if they are going to sell out now and walk away.

Maybe you should consider coming clean with all of us.

Maybe you should look at the big picture.

Maybe those short comings in your perspective combined with a few inequities are the reason you are coming here to get attention instead of sitting on your yacht in the Bahamas.
