Looks like a mystery to me. For example: I don't hold any shares of HVLN, i send him the filled in document telling him that I own 50000 shares of HVLN since 06/2006. They just send me a certificate for the divy's?
How are they going to check whether I have the shares or not? Looks weird to me.
And when I receive the certificate, I should send this to my bank or what?
