You know HD, I was thinking yesterday (not quite as adventurous as your suggestion) of phoning Wachovia again as posing as a buyer of the shell so that we can at least get a contact name and person to call.
I don't see anything dishonest in trying to find out how much the shell would cost - at least we would then be able to find out what is going on.
If we got a courtesy call back from the shell owner (I would think Wachovia would prefer to pass our contact details on to the owner of the shell of course) saying that they can't do anything due to something that is being worked on, then we still get to find out what we want to know.
