Appreciate the trouble you went to today to do some DD on this shell. Keep the name Herm Rosenman in mind, though not suggesting he is involved. He was past President of Bikers Dream and has some recent SEC filings.
I am an OLD Biker's Dream and UMCC stockholder. I sat with UMCC is my trading account, at .004 for 5 long years before two weeks ago. While I might have purchased UMCC for somewhere between 50 cents and $1.25, I was thrilled to sell ALL that stock for 18 cents. Nice to get something, after so long with nothing.
The Moderators on this thread called me names and chastised me for selling, but, you know, without knowing anything, I sold at the HIGH. Sometimes the good guys win.
I also sold 50,000 shares I bought at 2 cents, and I still own a few ten thousands of shares, bought with my profits.
Keep the faith. I have no information, but I have hope.
