You should be able to call TDA if you need to trade your shares. The shares have not fully transferred at E-Trade. E-Trade is waiting for the Company to send the new shares to the account. However, the shares are available for trading.

According to the latest Nevada SOS filing the contact point for New Dover Capital Corporation is Paul Goodman from the firm Cyruli Shanks & Zizmor LLP.

If you Google Paul Goodman you find several bios where it states his level of expertise involves mergers & acquisitions.

Google the law firm "Cyruli Shanks & Zizmor" for a bio on Paul Goodman.

Here is another one that I found.

Paul Goodman is a partner in the New York City law firm of Cyruli Shanks Zizmor and concentrates on the representation of Internet and New Media clients handling a wide range of corporate and financing transactions including venture capital, angel round investing and mergers and acquisition. Over the last two years he has advised New Media companies on over two dozen financings and mergers.

Keep in mind that yesterday we were an empty (albeit clean) shell. The prospects today IMO are much better.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on? The old symbol (UMCC) is gone, and the new symbol (NDVR) is here, but what does it mean? What is the New Dover Capital Corporation? Will there be some sort of press release to let us know what's going on here?

Seems unlikely to change name & symbol and then have to change the symbol again with reverse split. The 2 examples you gave, MRXT & WPRO, did the reverse split at the same time as the symbol change. Please correct me if I am wrong...

I can't believe the # of outstanding shares it so tiny. With a PR tomorrow, this thing could easily blast forward maybe to 50 cents even.

The market cap today with 9M O/S is 360K. The bottom line is that a viable entity looks to be taking over this shell.

The sky could be the limit for this one IMO. Time will tell.
