Question..Would not the Arbitrators be prejudiced to find that Nokia's Attorney estimate of $500 Million is correct?

Olddog, does it mean that the higher the settlement the better for the arbitrator.....looks like a good incentive to me.

Thank you for pointing out the fixed fee with ICC. The panel will have to show them 100 thousand worth of work. This means that the arbitration is worth over a minimum of 3.5 million. These 3 guys will really have to show the parties a lot of effort at a million a piece. They will read a lot for those bucks. Arbitration is big business.
