Man, I'm really surprised by that. Not so much that this might be the case, but that someone would openly acknowledge something that could be potentially litigious. After all, what they're really saying is that they operated as an agent for BDGR and that they didn't do due diligence in the process. They can say "Future projections are not set in stone" all they want, but the fact of the matter is that they were dinging me with e-mails for months, and providing a nice brochure that was supposedly telling me how much oil was being pumped and what the costs per well were.
