As usual eik your analysis of the situation is insightful and I think dead on correct. NWOG is going to take time and is not your normal penny stock.

I agree the biggest risk is not of usual scam type. But can anyone give me an idea whether all projects in PR's are by "public NWOG" or soem are "private NWOG"? There is this risk in Russia that ineiders "milk" the companies, but don't know how common it is anymore. I think this risk is bigger than the projects not being there. I believe the market cap now is so low that insiders will benefit a lot more to move to AIM, be repporting etc, so they should have same incentive as us.

I think it is also important to watch whether the company wins auctiosn also in the future as it will be a sign of the "standing" among in the influential circles. As I have read different groups are are competing for influence in a post-putin presidency.

I bought some more today. Now I have the maximum position.
