mr, schnizzle, since none of us have seen the agreement between Uli and Globetel everything here is speculation. My speculation remains Uli continues not to have many options available thus has to continue the relationship with Globetel since Globetel owns the HotZone technology and Uli has a vested interest in the success of the company.

It would take significant big bucks to offset the loss Uli has experienced to date in Globetel stock and without the name HotZone what would a buyout partner actually receive other than the intellectual property Uli possesses. That seems very remote to me although possible, but far into the future.

You all keep ignoring the point that the HotZone 4010's (as tested many months in Mexico) appear to work just fine, the U.S. Navy also has strong reason to believe the technology has something valuable to offer (the CWID is for GlobeTel's Hotzone 4010's/4020's - not anything Uli has developed seperately), and the JV is underway. Uli will make money making the HotZone units for GlobeTel, and he will make money as his share price increases as well. He has every incentive to sell those HotZones he is manufacturing.

BTW, check out all of the GTEM news releases and the government documents Nilremerlin has provided to us. The relationship between the U.S. Navy and GlobeTel didn't happen yesterday! I agree with Nilremerlin - I think the SkyStat is being developed to carry HotZone communication equipment (and Raytheon security technology) for the U.S. Navy.
