I know that they're not required. I'm saying that it's relatively easy to make a claim in a PR, so you have to look for companies that are acting as if they're already in a bigger exchange. Companies that appear content to stay on the pinks forever have a reason for wanting to stay there, don't you think?

I think we can use much more than that if it comes down to investigation.
If the whole story happens to be a scam, there is no way for AC just to say: "Sorry, dear ACMG investors, I was trying to do my best for you, but unfortunately failed…" He’s gone TOO FAR in his PR campaign to remain just an unsuccessful and innocent CEO.
We may lose our money here, let’s admit it, but AC will lose much more…

Still hope it’s not going to happen and we all will win.
