Prior to the missed interview, there was transparency, but no filings. However, the PRs (as I have pointed out previously) given were in lieu of SEC filings EVEN IF for a "blank check" or shell company. IOW, shells are not required to file SEC documents, but Alex was issuing PRs stating information thereon that would've satisfied 8-K requirements.
The guy on your radio show made the same comment. Most micro-caps because they are in development stage are exempt from many SECs filing reqs, therefore, PRs are your only source of info.
We can use these PRs against the co in a CAS, if it comes down to that!!!
