Yes, this is apparently the suit RP had mentioned, but I am puzzeled by the dates. You referrenced 04/27/07, but the last page of the document I referred to, http://www.msnd.uscourts.gov/bk/Opinions/Houston/supertrail-op1.pdf , states "This is the 5th day of January, 2007."
