I agree with you, the look of French doors is sweet. But this is purely a case of function over form. And it don't look bad,,just not marvelous. But boy oh boy is it sweet. In and out in a flash And Ihave that extra real estate inside, so essential to that room as I begin to furnish it. I will also help the cause by putting the 42" on the wall.
I'll send you a shot of the room. It really isn't big.
