On a trip last fall, we drove by a plant that was being built north of Mineral Wells by the "big boys" to recycle used frac water by filtering and purifying. Huge tanks they were setting up and some big bucks being spent, all because of the scarcity of water, the massive amounts of water being used, and the problem of disposing of the used water.
