I heard the same thing. Wilshire Capital Group in Dallas or something. I've got a name and number to call but waiting for the person who told me to get a call back and then relay the results. Something about possibly financing the drilling of a lot of new wells. To reduce the time it'll take Hemi to get there on their own. But why would they want to talk to shareholders of 100k or more? Is there going to need to be a shareholder vote or something? Isn't the float the minority? I haven't verified anything, just a complete rumor at this point but at least I'm not the only one who has heard it.
