The oldest Scamcouver trick in the world. No Financiers. Financiers come to the table and offer financing at .50 to .75 discount of the market price. Financing is done at least at 50% of the price and in order to protect their investments, they short. To add to my great day, will it be Cornell? My motto, if you see Cornell, run like hell.
