Jimlur and Peter...re "Insider Rules"....Since the 6000 shares are "Restricted" shares acquired through the Company's Restricted Stock Plan, I don't think they are subject to Insider tansaction rules. Maybe somebody that really knows what they're talking about re the 1999 plan like rmarchma will help me out here.
