LOL, Rex you see that order i got for the sealed responses? i went straight to the AG office the first day they started posting those for that...

and BTW? anybody who does get their hands on those account numbers will be under investigation by the FBI the first time something skanky happens, i hope that's YOU.. LOL

i predict you are gonna have tens of thousands dollars in legal fees slapped on you and the judge will be laughing at you as he dismisses the whole thing...

in the meantime? the affadavits will already have been collected for the NEXT case...

Okay, your response here still supports it can be amended. Which Oklahoma statute or court rule states the plaintiff needs a judge's permission prior to doing this?
