no they cannot now ammend their complaint without leave of the court. leave of the court will require a motion and a subsequent judges ruling on that motion. Once a defendant has answered a complaint it cannot be ammended without leave.

And BTW every defendant has the right to see everyother defendants answer. U see that one lawyer asking for all filings and documents?
