Largest Motocross Retailer on the West Coast to Carry Product

Los Angeles, CA, December 17, 2003 – Bluetorch Inc. (OTC-BB: BTOR), announced today that its subsidiary, Unboxed Distribution Inc., has sold its Bluetorch branded apparel line into San Bernardino, CA based Chaparral Motor Sports. Chaparral, through its retail location and its successful internet operation, is the largest motocross retailer on the West Coast.

Andrea Angelini of Chaparral said, “The Bluetorch name has great credibility within the motocross community due to the many motocross segments on Bluetorch TV that is carried on Fox Sports Net.”

Bruce MacGregor, President & CEO of Bluetorch Inc. stated, “This is an excellent example of the breadth of the Bluetorch name as compared to most extreme sports labels. As a result of Bluetorch’s authenticity in all extreme sports, we are able to sell retailers that specialize in other categories beyond surf and skate. We intend to pursue the motocross channel of distribution aggressively in order to take advantage of the brand’s awareness in this category.”

Hey DC...I'm out here...lurking

Lots of info out there in old press releases and filings. The thing that bugs me the most with these pennies is the deception...not just with BTOR but most of them if you really start to dig. Especially laughable is the way they post a wish list of all the major retailers in each new reps area as if they are a done deal. Deceptive and shady imo but I have a ton of this so I will live with it.

More concerning is the daily dilution of my ownership in this company. A simultaneous launch of three or four brands is gonna take some bucks so I can live with shares flooding the market...FOR NOW.

I want real results..a contract and SOON.

BLUETORCH INC. AMENDS SALES AND BACKLOG FIGURES



Los Angeles, CA, July 23, 2004 – Bluetorch Inc. (OTC-BB: BTOR), announced today that for its first quarter ending March 31, 2004, its subsidiaries shipped product to a total of three retailers totaling $1,845.00 in net sales and that the company had no backlog moving into the 3rd quarter beginning July 1, 2004. As a result of this event, the company announced that Stewart Kawamura, National Sales Manager, was terminated. In an effort to revamp the sales effort as it relates to Airwalk, the company announced on July 14, 2004 that it had hired Mark Connors as President of Total Sports Distribution Inc. (Airwalk apparel and TSABrand apparel).



Bluetorch Inc. also confirmed that the shareholders meeting has been re-scheduled and will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Norwalk, CA at 3:00 PM on August 20, 2004
