That is interesting Dubi... my random questions, most of which aren't answerable yet:

Would the pending sale of AH (presumably those discussions have been going on for a while) explain any of Yaacov's need for discretion?

Perhaps AH was holding off on buying Identa so as to not complicate the sale of their own company.

Is BAE more or less likely to look at the acquisition of Identa, and where does it fall in their priorities list after acquiring AH?
