Aiming MHO only, in short no no and NO

Yaacov is stalling for other reasons which he won't expand on but has said all will be self evident when the smoke FINALLY clears. His hints said sometime this year if that helps.

BAE won't be buying Identa it will be putting AH in a world of hurt right now if NIK is not profitable it will be severely cut back or cut off through consolidation which is what usually happens after such a large buyout. The glimmer of hope is NIK will cease to be a contender in our market but I am not putting any money on it just yet!

BAE will most likely give us a pass at least until they can digest what they already have bought. There will be close scrutiny on what is making money at AH and what is worth putting out to pasture and the cuts to AH will likely be ruthless and deep if it's a loser it will be closed or sold or both.

As I said my humble opinion, BAE is one HUGE company I doubt whether the CEO has ever even heard of a company called Identa.

Hi Aiming,

Would the pending sale of AH (presumably those discussions have been going on for a while) explain any of Yaacov's need for discretion?

There is probably no connection in between these issues.
I have no idea if Yaacov was aware of the AH takeover discussions.
We currently see consolidation taking place, there is no
knowing who will buy or get bought.

All in all, NICK is a smallish particle within AH, hence probably not the main reason for BAE interest at the AH acquisition.

When you check AH 'history' you will find that AH itself
gobbled up niche companies in the past, most of which were
much bigger than IDTA.

I have no idea if AH had any immediate or other plans to
acquire IDTA.

As you rightly remarked, most of your questions aren't answerable yet.

Regards,

Dubi
