This is why Urban probably won't chance coming over the Border to be in Court any time soon. By now I am quite sure that the I R S knows about CMKX. If Urban got all that stock and dumped it and made mega millions you can bet your life that there is a big tax bill that has not been paid by him ... ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BORDER. He is a marked man.
