Well it's not shares of another company or a cash divvy, and he's already increased the O/S to make room for this dividend so I see no reason why he shouldn't go through with it on schedule.
PAIV had no fundamentals or share worth. Look how it turned out. TDAmeriturd tried to pass the bucket to me for selling those worthless restricted shares.. They tried a margin call and my account was showing -$24,000! LOL. I told them nice try, but you've allowed the mess, you PAY for it!! and they did.
Margin calls are NASTY as the shorts will soon find out. :)
