I respect your point of view, however, USSE is a pink stock.

Nothing that goes on in the Pinks surprises me.

I have taken my lumps in the past with the Pinks, and am of the firm opinion that a CEO can do just about anything and get away with it, so when one that I have invested in has done something that I don't like (I would have rather had the SSTP shares also), as long as it does not harm my investment dollars I am happy.

So far the stock price has not been effected.

Most of those singing the blues over this divi situation seem to be seeking only to get the divis given to them "post 12/1".

Just my humble opinion.
