Thanks for the post Jimmy. I saw this and thought about posting, but I was engaged with Leo at the time and forgot. Did you notice they are showing the icons on Pinksheets now when you do a quote? They have all four icons showing in the upper right hand corner of the quote box with the caption, "Coming soon...Pink Sheets Categories"
My thinking is this will push a lot more companies on the Pink Sheets to become more fully reporting. If I see a skull and crossbones or a stop sign on a stock I'm looking at I don't think I'll buy it. There is still no requirement for financials to be audited, even for the Pink Checkmark/Current Information category, but now there are specific timeframes and disclosure guidancefor what Pink Sheets considers current.
