My thinking is this will push a lot more companies on the Pink Sheets to become more fully reporting. If I see a skull and crossbones or a stop sign on a stock I'm looking at I don't think I'll buy it. There is still no requirement for financials to be audited, even for the Pink Checkmark/Current Information category, but now there are specific timeframes and disclosure guidancefor what Pink Sheets considers current.
