right, they HAVE to know they will not win for these shares to be called invalid. some say it is what they want and it may be, but i KNOW they will not get it called that way by any judge in their right mind.

IMO the system would wait until the TA cut certs to cover the extra stock.

BCIT doesn't want to find us guilty IMO. They want the judge to throw out the case and say "sorry, I'm convinced these shareholders have real shares or at least entitled to real shares."

No. That is not what they want. They want the judge to agree with them that the shares in question are invalid. That's all. It seems that originally they also wanted him to agree that some or all of you knowingly purchased invalid shares (or as the documents said, certs), but those counts have been dismissed.
