F6 .. if it were up to me, Marsala would never again get an answer to any of his questions from anyone at IDCC -- not on any conference calls, and not in any other context

Cool down .. you're going to burst a blood vessel LOL. You are making waaaaay too much out of this. Thankfully it is not up to you what sell-side analysts get their questions answered. If it ever became apparent to the institutions that IDCC is assigning persona non-grata status to every sell-side analyst that was the slightest bit skeptical about something they will be pulling out their sell order pads en mass so fast it will make your head spin.

The guy is doing his job plain and simple. He's paid to give opinions and make predictions. If he is consistently wrong he won't be around long. If he is consistently right the institutions are going to closely follow what he has to say and manage their IDCC investments accordingly. If the latter proves to be the case, every long on this board would be well advised to do the same rather than try to duke it out with hundreds of millions of dollars. Sit back, relax, watch how he does over time and by all means keep score in that regard. That is exactly what the current and prospective IDCC institutional holders are doing about Mr. Marsala. I can guarantee that. There is absolutely nothing else you or anyone else on this board can do about him.
