I don't see any way the question can be answered with anything other than opinion. From what i have read there are as many versions of "Universal Health Care" plan as there are politicians. Would you not need a specific proposal to base those questions on? Having said that i am not sure that Thomas M. Ryan, ceo CVS, could truthfully answer the same question.
