,relates to you trying to establish a connection between your business and another business by using a similar name.ex.You wanted to trademark name- flptrnkng's Big Mac Burgers. Examiner probably wouldnt allow because you are trying to establish a relationship between your burgers and Mcdonalds in the minds of the consumers.You are suggesting a connection to McDonalds even though none exist..I doubt if 1203.03(e) applies here.Im currently finished with trademark comments since without further facts we are just engaged in speculation. I will await examiners findings on this matter.Have a good evening.
