GLL---thank God you called yhe police--the guy may be going off a deep end and is calling out for help....or he may just be falling off the deep end and doesn't know he needs help---hopefully, someone will find him...it is very very easy to trace the exact computer that a message is sent from---heck even you could do it...I tracked someone down to a computer in the Austin Library, once....he used a particular computer because he liked it's location in the library...all I had to do once we discovered the computer was in that library, was have someone wait for him to arrive....I had him arrested--long story, short duration....

Maybe, for Christ's sake, you could use a slightly less provocative name here on the board. It could be that a weak person, just seeing a name like the one you've been using, might let his/her imagination get the better of him/her. Might this be possible?

That can traced with no problem through your internet provider. Request the police do this.
