i think that's a bit of a misnomer...last time i went outside there were roads that took we to work that paid me...none of which is possible without the federal govt. and i think the people continually bashing hard-working people in public service are the same people who don't bother researching the issues and the canditates in order to make informed desicions and would rather sit around complaining. we plain and simple need a federal govt. and people should work harder trying to make sure we have a good one instead of bitching about taxes. it was a famous republican Oliver Wendall Holmes who said, "taxes are the price we pay for a civilized society." HERE HERE. medicare is a great system that could be better. see my previous post about administrative costs for an example of why its such a good system o and go RXPC

How about we start by dropping the movie theater mentality, the good ole "while you are here, buy this $8.00 pepsi, $7.00 popcorn and $6.00 box of goobers". A true free market means you have the ability to buy some where else, including some where other than the US. Big gov and health care is scary. The group of providers(DR, Dentist, whoever) that have learned to work the system(billing) would love to see "list of items covered" grow to no end. So many big gov programs are currently in need of overhaul(education, ss, sec), why add more to the pile.

But thats just my vote. Go TEAM RX!
