Canadian banks do not accept real share certificates in OTCBB and Pinks. They cite fraudlent activity on these exchanges.

They were/are accepting orders on these markets and understand the policy changes Canadian wide were written because of possible fraud in these markets.

If they accept orders of any sort they are participants in what they claim is a fraudlent marketplace. Kind of a catch 22 eh?
